The T.I.S Return Training Roller is installed on the return belt approximately 7 metres before the tail pulley.

The function of the return roller is to ensure that the belt continuously tracks correctly into and out of the tail pulley. Ensuring that the belt leaves the tail pulley in the centre ensures that the belt enters the loading area correctly aligned thereby minimising spillage at the loading chute.

The T.I.S. Return Training Roller works on a middle pivot point that can tilt 45 degrees for a faster and more accurate tracking reaction.

Solid blade secondary scraper that can be installed inside the chute just past the pulley centreline.
Self-adjusting rubber torsion elements to maintain consistent blade pressure against the belt.
Interchangeable blades using tungsten, ceramic backed tungsten or polyurethane to match material abrasiveness and belt speed.

Product Application

Primary belt cleaning solution for majority of belt cleaning applications.
Due to cleaning effectiveness, additional scrapers are usually not required but can be matched with a TIS primary or parabolic scraper.
